Oregon and Southwest Washington Association for Health Care Recruitment (OSWAHCR) is a professional association of health care recruiters and human resources professionals who support information sharing, education and networking. The majority of our members are nurse, physician and allied health recruiters.

OSWAHCR provides leadership and support to area health care recruitment through our bimonthly meetings and annual all day Education Day. Our meetings provide a forum to discuss the practice of health care recruitment and retention issues. Our members and guest speakers address such issues as:

• Health care trends
• Recruitment and retention strategies
• Legal and legislative issues
• Employment and labor relations
